What is Male Trauma? Male trauma refers to the psychological, emotional, and physical effects of experiencing or witnessing traumatic events. This can include, but is not limited to, childhood abuse, domestic violence, toxic relationship's, divorce, bullying, vehicle accidents, military combat experiences, and loss or grief.  It is crucial to recognize that men may experience trauma differently than women, often leading to under-reporting and a lack of support.
